Otro is a musician and producer based in Valencia. His musical project explores a wide range of styles and sounds, synthesizing experimentation and convention. Since 2018, Otro has released several works and performed numerous shows, earning recognition both nationally and internationally within emerging electronic music scenes. Accustomed to the sonic landscapes of his work in advertising, film, and pop music, Otro now presents, through Humo Int., a project of more than twenty tracks—an excursion into a sound that draws on elements of rock, soul, and metal, and evolves through the use of recording techniques involving faulty and obsolete hardware. At the same time, this process is aesthetically linked to contemporary genres such as lo-fi, cloud rap, and ambient.
